I. White paste formulaPrinting white paste formula
1. Low speed dispersing, add in order, dispersing for 5 minutes.Materials needed: water 140/dispersant 40/deformer 10/propylene glycol 40/antiseptic
2. High speed dispersing, 40 minutesMaterials needed: titanium pigment 360
3. Add in order, Medium speed mixing for 10 minutesMaterials needed: Acrylic polymer resin 530/rheology agent 60
4. Medium speed mixing for 3 minutesMaterials needed: PU thickener 10 1:2
5. High speed mixing for 5 minutesMaterials needed: PDF thickener 13 1:4

All the emulsions/additives are water based and can be shipped without any risk. |
The emulsions/additives are packed in 200kgs. plastic/iron barrels, 1000kgs. pallet packing, or 20 tons soft packing for 20 feet container. |
The normal transportation is by sea. |
Free samples are available for customers. |
The allowable weight deviations are 1 kg for 200kgs. barrel and 2 kgs. for 1000kgs. barrel. |
The minimum order should be 1 ton. |
The best storage temperature is at 5-35 degree Celsius for 6 months. Exposed in direct sunlight or be placed at minus 0 degree Celsius are prohibited. |
