HN-6019 PSA Acrylic polymer adhesive
Water-based styrene acrylic emulsion polymer with low viscosity.
Acrylic-type pressure sensitive adhesives are a versatile class of adhesives that form a bond when light pressure is applied. They combine the permanent tack and elasticity of rubber with the weatherability and aging resistance of acrylic polymers.
Acrylic PSAs are typically composed of:
Base polymers (usually acrylic copolymers)
Tackifiers (often not required with acrylics)
Plasticizers
Stabilizers and antioxidants
Crosslinking agents (for enhanced performance)
APPLICATIONS:
HN-6019 is for BOPP packing self-adhesive tapes.

FEATURES:
Styrene acrylic emulsion. It has excellent shear strength, high viscosity, instant bond properties. It is also with better coating property and long-term tack durability.
